CampaignMind ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect
- Your name and email address when you create an account
- Payment details — processed by our payment provider; we never store your card number
- Content you create: campaign briefs, copy, images, and brand details
- Basic usage data to help us improve the product
Connected social media accounts
When you connect a social account (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, and others), we access only what's needed to publish on your behalf and show your analytics:
- Your profile name and photo — to identify the account in your dashboard
- Pages and accounts you manage — so you can choose where to publish
- Post performance data — to populate your analytics
- Access tokens — stored encrypted, used only to act on your behalf
We do not access anything beyond the permissions you grant.
LinkedIn member data
When you connect your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn will show you an authorisation screen listing exactly what CampaignMind is requesting. Those permissions are:
- Use your basic profile including your name, photo, headline, and public profile URL
- Retrieve your posts and their reporting data
- Retrieve your posts, comments, reactions, and other engagement data
- Retrieve your profile analytics, including number of profile viewers, followers, and search appearances
- Create, modify, and delete posts, comments, and reactions on your behalf
- Create, modify, and delete comments and reactions on posts on your behalf
- Manage your organisation's pages and retrieve reporting data
- Retrieve your organisation's posts, comments, reactions, and other engagement data
- Retrieve comments, reactions, and other engagement data on your organisation's posts
- Create, modify, and delete posts, comments, and reactions on your organisation's behalf
- Create, modify, and delete comments and reactions on your organisation's posts
- Use your followers' data so your organisation can mention them in posts
- Manage social listening queries on your organisation's behalf
- Retrieve your advertising accounts
- Retrieve reporting for your advertising accounts
- Retrieve and manage your organisation's messages
We use this data solely to operate CampaignMind — to publish content, show analytics, and power AI features on your behalf. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
To revoke access at any time, go to Settings → Connected Channels in CampaignMind, or visit linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services and remove CampaignMind. Your LinkedIn data will be deleted within 30 days.
How we use your data

- To keep your account secure
- To respond to support requests
- To improve CampaignMind using anonymised usage data
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
How we share your data
We share your data only with service providers needed to operate CampaignMind (hosting, payments, email delivery), all bound by data processing agreements. We may also share data when required by law. We never sell it.
Security and storage
Data is stored in Australia (AWS Sydney), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access tokens are stored encrypted and never logged in plain text.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, data is removed within 30 days. Billing records are kept for 7 years as required by Australian law.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@campaignmind.ai. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and functional cookies to remember your preferences. No advertising cookies.
Children
CampaignMind is not for anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor's data was collected and we'll delete it immediately.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and post a notice inside CampaignMind.
